Eriez’ ProGrade series of Magnetic Separators features high-power magnetic separators at very economical prices. The ProGrade line includes standard magnetic plates, grates, traps and tubes.
ProGrade series professional grade magnets are available at three different degrees of magnetic strength, enabling professionals in diverse industries to choose the ideal level of protection for their specific application.
“With the ProGrade series, Eriez can now offer our customers a lower priced line of standard products that meet the rigid quality standards they have come to expect from Eriez,” says Charlie Ingram, vice president of sales and marketing. “We understand that customers’ needs vary greatly and solutions are not always universal. That is why we created three different ProGrade series levels: ProGrade Ceramic series, ProGrade Rare Earth series and ProGrade Xtreme series.”
ProGrade Ceramic series, designed for general industry assemblies, targets the removal of medium to large ferrous contamination. These products offer basic protection from tramp metals damaging downstream equipment.
ProGrade Rare Earth series, ideal for improving purity in general industry and some food and chemical applications, targets small, fine, weakly magnetic ferrous contamination. Assemblies are designed with precise attention to welds and finish and feature stainless steel construction and high power magnets.
ProGrade Xtreme series, designed for food and pharmaceutical-grade assemblies, offers the ultimate in process purity, the finest materials and construction techniques and the industry’s most powerful magnetic circuits.
