Los Angeles-based Good Culture is a new line of organic cottage cheese that will be sold in five savory and sweet flavors — plain (classic), sundried tomato, Kalamata olive, strawberry chia and blueberry acai chia.

The cottage cheese is made with grass-fed milk and contains probiotics. It has no artificial ingredients and is non-GMO. It contains 16 to 18 grams of protein, 120 to 130 calories, 2.5 to 3.5 grams of fat and 4 to 9 grams of sugar, depending on the flavor, per 5.3-ounce container.

The product was introduced in March during the Natural Products Expo West show. The company plans to launch this summer in natural and specialty stores on the West Coast. It will be sold for a suggested retail price of $2.99.
