Dave Bush, the senior vice president and chief operations officer of California Dairies Inc. passed away on Jan. 5. President and CEO Andrei Mikhalevsky said Mr. Bush “made many significant contributions to the operations of CDI over the 15 years he spent here, including providing operational guidance during the merger that led to the creation of CDI and advocating for changes to allow CDI to become a major exporter to international markets. He was also an integral contributor to the development and execution of CDI’s strategy.”

Dean Foods Co., Dallas, hired Marc L. Kesselman as executive vice president, general counsel, corporate secretary & government affairs. He came from PepsiCo, Inc., where he was senior vice president and general counsel of Frito-Lay North America and PepsiCo’s food businesses in North and South America.

Piet Hilarides assumed the role of chief operating officer for FrieslandCampina’s Consumer Products Asia business group in Singapore. Most recently, he was COO of the Cheese, Butter & Milkpowder business group in the Netherlands. FrieslandCampina is one of the world’s five largest dairy companies.

 Geoff Goodman was named president of Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, a self-serve, choose-your-own-toppings frozen dessert franchise. Reese Travis will remain CEO. Goodman had been the Vice President of Brand Excellence CiCi’s Pizza, Dallas.
