Oakhurst Dairy kicks off annual egg nog holiday fundraising effort
Oakhurst Dairy has released its seasonal beverages for the holiday season, including its new Buttered Rum Egg Nog (see our related article here.) The arrival of Oakhurst’s seasonal beverages also marks the beginning of the company’s annual holiday fundraising tradition of donating five cents ($.05) to The Salvation Army for every container of egg nog sold.
This year represents the 14th consecutive year of this tradition for the company. To date, Oakhurst Dairy has donated more than $220,000 to The Salvation Army through this annual effort, which equates to more than four million containers of egg nog sold.
