Ishida DACS-G checkweighers provide two weight ranges for accurate verification of package weight or content count. It has repeatable accuracy of up to +0.1gram at 3 sigma and speeds to 440 packages per minute. Ishida’s latest digital high-output load cell stabilizes weights quickly. A proprietary 3D digital filter eliminates noise interference based on product size, weight and speed for superior accuracy. Real-time data from the checkweigher can be managed using a personal computer. The stainless steel body is durable, easy to clean, compliant with HACCP and GMP standards, and available in IP69K waterproof and corrosion-resistant models.
