Simply Organic introduces Greek yogurt dip mixes

Three new organic dip mixes from Simply Organic, a Frontier Natural Products Co-op brand, Norway, IA, are giving consumers more ways to enjoy Greek yogurt.

Simply Organic Greek yogurt dip mixesThe new dips are specially formulated to complement the texture of nonfat organic Greek Yogurt. They contain 3 grams of protein and 20 calories per serving, prepared as suggested. The dips are available in three flavors:

  • Mediterranean Herb – Basil, marjoram, oregano, parsley and rosemary.
  • Southwest Ranch – Chili pepper, garlic and onion.
  • Zesty Spinach - Orange and lemon combined with spinach.

Simply Organic’s website features ideas for working the dips into other appetizers and entrees, as well as a variety of dip-based recipes like Southwest Chicken Rice Soup, Mediterranean Herb Dressing and Sweet Potato Herb Biscuits. For more information, visit www.simplyorganic.com/greek.

All three Simply Organic Greek dips are available in 1-ounce packets for a suggested retail price of $1.69.

Simply Organic dip mixes are Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI) and use natural and organic ingredients. They contain no hydrolyzed vegetable protein, modified food starch, hydrogenated oils or gentically engineered ingredients. They are also vegetarian (as packaged), certified Kosher by Kosher Supervision of America (KSA), are non-ETO treated and non-irradiated.
