NiMCO's Ultra Clean NiMCO’s 680QLCP Ultra Clean is a single-lane form, fill and seal machine for gable-top cartons. Unique to this model is the in-line integration of NiMCO’s carton sterilization system. The Ultra Clean system uses a concentration of hydrogen peroxide, 35% that is super-heated and dispersed as a vapor into each open carton, insuring contact with all the interior carton and spout surfaces. A combination of hydrogen peroxide and UV is optional.
