Low-lactose milk from China is developed for Chinese consumers

SIAL-Yili-Dhuihua-Milk-CPP.jpgChina’s Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group has introduced Yili Dhuihua Milk CPP, a milk enriched with casein phosphopeptide and Vitamin D. It uses Yili’s original ‘LHT lactose hydrolysis’ technology to make it a low-lactose product and ideal for consumption by the Chinese consumer.
