Schneider Packaging Equipment introduces its state-of-the-art, high speed aseptic brick tray packer, the TP-35, for aseptic brick boxes. Designed for the dairy/juice/functional drink industry, this horizontal tray packer accumulates bundled bricks into proper pack patterns and loads the bricks from 125 to 250 milliliters in size into tray packs. The trays proceed to an integrated tray wrapper machine where a polyethylene film is applied and heated to form a tight wrap around the trays which are now ready for palletizing.
