Ishida IX-GA Series X-ray inspection systems can be used to check product integrity, package quality and weight accuracy. This system can detect product caught in packaging seals and verify that a product’s weight and size meet specifications. It has an automatic set-up and no routine calibration is required. Machine warm-up takes 90 seconds for quick production start-ups. The stainless steel construction conforms to HACCP. The waterproof conveyor is designed to IP66 and is easily removed without using tools. Models are also available for washdown and large carton applications.
