The OUSAF11 Optical Absorbance Sensor: Endress+Hauser

The OUSAF11 Optical Absorbance Sensor from Endress+Hauser emits light in both visible (VIS) and Near-Infrared (NIR) wavelengths, and measures the resulting absorption by a liquid media. The sensor is ideally suited for milk processing applications including dairies, cheese plants, ice cream plants and yogurt plants. The sensor can be applied for filter breakthrough detection, product loss detection in plant effluent, phase separation between milk and water in processing, and milk detection in CIP (clean-in-place) solutions.
