The Apollo Food Group LLC, Boston, has launched an all-natural frozen Greek yogurt smoothie product in three varieties: mango pineapple, mixed berry and strawberry banana. Yasso Smoothies are sold in the freezer section and intended for at-home blending. Retail packs are 7.4 ounces and make two servings; club packs contain five 7.4-ounce pouches and make 10 servings. A single serving is prepared by blending 3.7 ounces of the product with 8 ounces of skim milk. The beverage is fat-free, low in sugar and contains 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber.
