A 160-gram pack makes one liter of yogurt with nutritional benefits similar to chilled Greek yogurt. The product contains four active live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus.
Gifford's is the reigning champion in the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association contest. It sells its ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet and sorbet from Maine to Virginia.
