This year, Mexican Association of Package and Packing (Asociacion Mexicana de Envase y Embalaje) honored Santa Clara the Stellar Packaging of the Year award for its innovation in premium packaging in the category of carton packaging.

SIG Combibloc is one of the world’s leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling
machines for beverages and food, producing over 18 billion aseptic cartons a year. In 2007 the company had a turnover of 1.2 billion Euros with approximately 4,000 employees in 40 countries. SIG Combibloc belongs to SIG Holding AG in Switzerland, which is part of the New Zealand based Rank Group.
