Jim DudlicekChief Editor Jim Dudlicek oversees all editorial content under the Dairy Foods umbrella. Jim visits processors across the country, interviewing top executives and operations personnel to give readers a behind-the-scenes look at companies that are getting it right. He also writes a monthly opinion piece and coordinates the columnists in each issue.

Jim has covered the dairy industry since 2002 after nearly a decade as a newspaper editor and reporter in suburban Chicago. A graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, he lives in a northwest suburb of Chicago with his wife and daughter.

Susan ZariphehSusan Zaripheh

Susan Zaripheh, Ph.D., is a Program Leader in the Science and Research Group at Dairy Management Inc. National Dairy Council, and is responsible for managing nutrition research. Zaripheh’s prior experience includes work at Nestlé’s R&D Center.
